The windham senior center is open tuesdays and thursdays for lunch and card games and bingo. The senior center is located at 2 north lowell road. The senior center also has walkers, wheelchairs and other equipment that they loan to residents. Bids will be received at the town engineer’s office located at the windham town hall, 979 main street, willimantic, ct 06226, until 2:00 p. m. Local time on july 18, 2019 and then at said place will be publicly opened and read aloud.
